In 2009, I founded Martsching Law Firm, LLC, with the goal of leveraging my experience and knowledge to help clients navigate difficult family law-related challenges, such as divorce, legal separation, property division, child custody and support, paternity and more. I also help clients with estate planning matters, including will and trust preparation, and I am a trained mediator who employs fundamental and practical techniques to successfully resolve legal disputes.
